North West Global Education Network

(NWGEN) - The overall aim of the network is to provide North West teachers with more effective and sustained support for incorporating a global dimension into their teaching, by adopting a more strategic approach to provision of support throughout the region. Organisations (statutory and non-statutory) and individuals with an interest in working in schools on the global dimension are encouraged to join the network and participate in debates, activities etc - or just listen and learn! The idea is to make your work more effective and easier and give you access to ideas, resources, partners and training. There will be thematic and geographically based discussion and action groups set up - you can join in whichever of these interest you as well as being in the overall network.
