Beyond Citizenship

Follows on from the Global Focus project which supported schools in running and following up Global Awareness Weeks. We are now working with schools which are running any kind of curriculum event - maybe for maths, Science, History or arts - and would like to find out about ways of incorporating a global dimension into the event. We are offering appropriate follow-up work throughout the curriculum, including use of resources, classroom ideas, "baseline assessments" of children's global awareness, staff training, curriculum audits, planning and evaluation, pointers to other support, and opportunities for networking. Our goal is ongoing, long term partnerships with schools. Funded by the Department for International Development.
