The North West Global Education Network was an eight-year project supported by the Department for International Development's Enabling Effective Support Programme. NWGEN's vision wass a global education for every child, and the project aimed to support teachers through the North West to include a global dimension in their work.

NWGEN came to an end in August 2010. Within these web pages, you will find further information about NWGEN's activities and resources developed through the years.
